We supply a large range of Gas and Electric boiling pans. We can supply direct heat models, or indirect heat models. The indirect heat models are ideal for cooking delicate products such as Custard, Jam etc as the heat source is not in direct contact with the cooking vat - preventing products burning These boiling pans can be supplied with analogue controls, digital controls fitted with core cooking probe and Autoclave lids allowing low pressure cooking.
