The Giorik Electric High speed grils are are available in 3 designs -" Hi Lite" - basic controls; "Hi LIte Plus" with automatic on/off push bar; and "Hi Touch"a Programmable versions. Both the Hi Lite Plus and Hi Touch have cook and hold ability. All these high speed grills will reach a temperature of 200'C in only 20 seconds dramatically reducing power consumption by upto 70% !!. - they also help to keep heat loads down in the kitchen as the grill can be used "On demand" rather than left on all day!.
