Service for your Commercial Catering Equipment
All our Commercial catering equipment is supplied with a minimum "on site" warranty of - 2 years parts (excluding glass panels and lightbulbs) and 12 months labour warranty unless notified at the point of ordering. All equipment must be installed by fully qualified engineers otherwise warranty terms will be null and void.
We are able to offer service contracts and extended warranties at an additional charge - this is highly recommended on High end equipment such as combination ovens, induction equipment etc.
As most commercial catering equipment has to operate in a tough environment it should be regularly serviced, all gas appliances must be serviced at least once a year - preventative maintenance on your equipment can identify minor issues before they become major breakdowns, and will prevent non warranty work having to be done.

For under warranty service requests we need the following information.
- your full company name / address
- full address of where the appliance is sited
- Invoice number and date of purchase
- nature of fault if applicable and part number required if known
- the manufacturers name
- the model number
- serial number
