Japanese style cooking - Teppanyaki griddles are designed with main heat source in the middle of the griddle plate for cooking whilst the surrounding area is used for keeping the products warm prior to serving, this are being warm due to residual heat coming from the main heating area. We supply both Gas and Electric models, steel plate finish or Chrome plate finish.. Chrome plate is more fuel efficient and easier to clean than steel plate models making it ideal for customer viewing cooking.
