We supply a large selection of Retarder Proofers & Proofing cabinets - all made in the EU. All Retarder proofers are fitted with automatic controls and accept 600 x 400mm Bakery trays. The Chefs Range upright models load shelves in a Landscape format whilst the Sagi units load in a Portrait format. They all needs a cold water mains supply which must have a water softener fitted in hard water areas.
