We supply a large selection of Floorstanding mobile Cook & Hold ovens, Cook & Hold ovens use low temperature radiant heating technology, this allows a gentle cooking process reducing shrinkage increasing yields by upto 20% compared to fan ovens. CHC models have touchscreen programmable controls with Delta T cooking & HACCP recording with a maximum cooking temperature of 160'C, where as the CHT have Electronic digital controls (non programmable) with a maximum cooking temperature of 120'C. These ovens do not need extraction so again more saving to be had and they will work off a 13amp 230v supply so don't require expensive electrics to be installed.
