We supply 3 ranges of the Dieta tilting kettles. The Celer, Genier Go & Genier Ace. The Celer range need to be bolted to the floor and have LED electronic controls. The Dieta Genier Go models are the next step up from the Celer kettles - they can be freestanding and have 10" Touchscreen programmable controls with upto 2 phases of cooking in each recipe and have 2 dedicated wash programs for easy cleaning of the kettle. All kettles have automatic water filling of the jacket. The Dieta Genier Ace models are Dieta's top of the range tilting kettles - they have the 10" Touchscreen controls but with password protection, unlimited phases of cooking in each recipe and notes can be added in to the recipe to prompt the operator to add ingredients etc, there are 2 dedicated wash programs allowing easy cleaning of the kettle. The kettle is fitted with inner tank core probe which measures the actual temperature of the food being cooked, has Delta T cooking mode, automatic measuring of water entering the kettle, on screen HACCP reports, service diagnostic data, All kettles have automatic water filling of the jacket. All Kettles can be supplied with Steam connection if an onsite steam generator is available.
