Our range of Emainox Mall heated displays are all fitted with fan assisted heating with humidification via an automatic filling water tray. All displays accept 1/1gn + 1/3gn pans with a maximum depth of 150mm for the 1/1gn pan and 100mm for the 1/3gn pan and are fitted with sliding rear doors, overhead halogen lamps and a core temperature probe for checking product core temperature. Models come in 3 size 1125, 1455 or 1780mm wide x 860 deep. Choice of curved or straight glass options.
