Our Ubert Topline rotisseries can be supplied as pass thru models (doors on both sides) or with solid back. They are also available with simple mechanical controls or with 7" TFT programmable touchscreen controls (CC Models) , with 3 phases of cooking models, holding mode and upto 200 recipes can be stored. The touchscreen controlsd can also be programmed to inform the operator when to empty the fat collection tray, they also have a USB interface and are installed with a LAN connection.
