This range of Aristarco dishwashers all incorporate inbuilt Break tank (WRAS approved) water softeners, detergent, rinseaid & drain pumps, inbuilt break tank (WRAS requirement) on AS/AH models, and electronic controls which allows an option of programming to suit the operators needs. All AS models have a fully double skinned body & wash tank (reduces noise & energy consumption due to reduced heat loss). and are fitted with the unique clean wash system where dirty water is pumped out and replaced during the rinsing cycle. The AS60.40 + AH800 will accept both 1/1gn trays & 600 x 400mm bakery trays
